Your whole itinerary travel plan sounds very organized . Just a suggestion though. Upon arrival to Tubigon.. it is a lot cheaper if u hire a a Motor ride from the port to Isla Hayahay. Actually not very far to Isla Hayahay, and it doesn’t cost 850 pesos. Only cost 300.. i was there last week.. nice Place to stay.

Ask the locals when you arrive there to do the local tours rather than taking public transport it'll just consume your precious time. Available locally ranges from high end aircon vans at 5000 per day including driver as your guide or you can hire local jeepneys or open non- aircon at maybe half a price.

Choose a day for sightseeing around from days for just relaxing at the beach or island hopping day to maximize rental. Others preferred to tour Bohol on a scooter for 2 at less than a thousand pesos for 1 day. It's more enjoyable, easy & you can control your time. Almost all the spots in Bohol can be reached in one day just plan your trip with the help of the locals. Roads are good, no traffic in the province & locals speak english no language barrier so always ask if you're not sure everyone is helpful. Just choose a non-rainy day. Ex itinerary in Bohol fr ur accom go to chocolate hills, & tarsier along the way.

Plan to have ur lunch at loboc river which is just along the way. Other historic spots, churches, man-made forest, hanging bridge are also along the way with chocolate hills as the farthest around 50 kms from Panglao or City so go there straight away & be back for lunch at Loboc. Just draft your itinerary & agree with ur local driver at least a day before. Ask ur hotel so they can refer you properly. Comparing prices asking around once you're in the area won't be bad just don't close deal the first one you come across. There are a lot once you are there but it's nice to pre-arrange a day tour at least a day before.

This is just an advise to foreigners who might be able to read this. For Ferry from Cebu to Bohol, straight to Tagbilaran is an option for a fraction of fare diff but less road travel if your accomodation is Panglao. Others take the night trip to Tagbilaran & sleep in the boat (cot with aircon or open rooms) to maximize time in Cebu& wake up in next island the following day at the same time save 1 day hotel payment ha ha. It's much cheaper taking the slow boat at night than the almost 2 hr fast ferry. From the seaport of Tagbatan it's just a 30 minute taxi or tricycle to Panglao depending on budget..
